Information for Tenants

Let us take the stress out of finding your new home, we have hundreds of properties from Studio apartments, terraced properties, luxury city centre apartments to executive detached properties in Hull & surrounding villages, all at the most competitive rent possible. From your initial email or call to our office to book your viewing through to you moving in we will endeavour to look after you and make the process as quick and as stress free as possible.
Step One
Select a property and arrange an accompanied viewing.
Step Two
Complete your application form and return to our office (along with your administration Fee and two forms of ID) and then simply let us have your preferred moving in date.
Step Three
Sign your tenancy agreement and collect keys
All our properties will have following:
- Corgi Gas Safety Certificate (where applicable)
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) became Law on 1st October 2008
- Deposits / Bond registered with a government scheme became law on 6th April 2007
- Comprehensive Tenants Helpline 01482 327122
- Out of Hours Emergency Helpline or telephone 01482 327122
- Arrange your Gas & Electric Supplier (subject to the property not been pre-payment meters)

Once you’ve Moved into your Property
Things to remember –
- To take Gas, Electric & Water meter readings once you’ve moved in and again when you move out for your own piece of mind
- Register for council tax
- Inform the TV licensing dept, re-register / re-direct your post with Royal Mail
Paying your Rent
We'd prefer you to pay your rent via Standing Order however if you need pay over the phone we accept all major credit / debit cards or you can pay online using Paypal.
